Domestic Shipping Only

Vylenza LLC currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the package and contents. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or local delivery offices and then contact the carrier to initiate a claim. Vylenza LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address
